Should I...?

Hey all,

Well, this would be my first blog out of many to come.

Lately after being bombarded with images from the internet (which I love and wish to be intergrated into) of beautiful people from youtube and other sites I have concluded that I should dye my hair blonde (Should I...?).

Naturally I have very dark brown hair. And to be honest I have dyed my hair blonde before. Although to be honest it looked like shit and was an awful orangey colour (that happened only a few times...minimal). But alas, being the person I am, I havent learnt my lesson.

So I am going to search my beloved internet for the BEST tips for dying your hair blonde at home. The reason why I want to do it at home is well, because Im cheap and the fact that I dont have expendable income AND I have always dyed my hair at home.

At least if I dyed my hair in my own house and something goes wrong I wont have to experience the embarrassment of trying to cover it all up while driving home in tears.

Im also at the stage that my boyfriend Tiki calls the "Hair Cycle". Hes soo funny but so right. Weve been together for over 8 years so he knows me pretty damn good.

Now for a breakdown of the "Hair Cycle". First I start off natural: Long dark hair (BORING!!) and then I see someone with a gorgeous colour and cut and I get the friskies for it. Then I complain about how plain my hair looks and how badly I want to change it. Phase two is almost always impulsive. I'll be out shopping for something and see dyes on sale or Im waiting in line and see a shelf filled with pretty boxes with pretty ladies on it, with happy faces because they love their hair so much. And the next part is always a blur, because before I know it Ive picked up a box and Im paying for it.
Now for phase three: I usually wont dye my hair unless Ive got a killer new do as well. Because I mean why do anything half hearted? Once I get started its a complete overhaul. So then of course comes the hair cut (which I have to admit once again I do at home...mostly because Im cheap but also because I dont like people touching my hair...eeek!) which I spend countless hours poring over images on the internet or in magazines until I find the perfect one.
Phase four (which btw is by far the easiest): chop the locks off!! Then comes colour...then the wait...tick tock, tick tock...then the few hours of getting used to it all.

Usually Im OK with the overall result but, I am known for complaining about almost anything I see as a flaw...so I would say phase five is comprise mostly of complaining and asking EVERYONE what they think of my new look. Mostly I get positive responses because most people that know me would rather lie to my face before telling me I look hideous...

Im HOT btw...well in my own eyes I am.

And for the sake of comparison I will upload pics showing previous hairdos and what Im currently rocking at the mo'.

Now for the question which begs to be asked...
